Bold Precision and Unmatched Durability with Professional Screen Printing
Visual impact relies on vibrant, long-lasting execution. Screen printing remains the premier choice for rich color intensity, exceptional durability, and high-volume consistency. We provide versatile screen printing solutions tailored for any product, with a primary focus on high-impact promotional merchandise and corporate gifts that leave a lasting mark.
Screen printing involves transferring ink onto a substrate through a mesh screen, using a squeegee to fill the open apertures, followed by a heat-curing process. This technique deposits a thicker layer of ink than digital alternatives, resulting in rich, vivid graphics that stand the test of time.
Applications
Our screen printing production setup caters to high-volume orders and customized items requiring rich, opaque ink layers:
Custom Apparel & Workwear: T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, athletic uniforms, tote bags, and caps.
Corporate & Event Merchandise: Promotional drawstring bags, banners, band merch, and trade show giveaways.
Flat Stock & Graphics: Poster prints, art prints, wood panels, acrylic signage, and custom decals.
Industrial & Specialty Packaging: Fabric pouches, heavy canvas bags, and flat cardboard packaging.
Why Choose Screen Printing?
Unmatched Color Vibrancy: Thicker ink application creates bold, saturated colors that pop on both light and dark materials.
Exceptional Durability: Cured screen printing inks resist fading, washing, peeling, and heavy daily wear, making them ideal for apparel and heavily used merchandise.
Cost-Effective Bulk Production: Highly economical for large-scale orders; as unit volume increases, per-item production costs drop significantly.
Specialty Ink Finishes: Access unique tactile effects including metallic shimmer, high-density 3D, puff ink, glow-in-the-dark, and reflective finishes.

UV (Ultra-Violet) printing is a digital printing method that uses ultra-violet light to instantly cure (dry) inks as they are deposited onto a substrate. As the printer applies ink to the material, integrated UV lamps follow closely behind, instantly transforming liquid ink into a solid, durable film.
Instant Drying: Immediate handling, cutting, and finishing without drying wait times. High Material Versatility: Direct printing on wood, glass, metal, acrylic, plastic, cardboard, and 3D objects. Vibrant Resolution & Sharpness: Inks sit on top of the surface rather than absorbing, yielding sharper details. High Durability: Highly resistant to scratching, fading, moisture, and chemicals. Eco-Friendly: Emits ultra-low VOCs and uses less energy.
Plastics & Acrylics: Clear/cast acrylic, PVC foam board (Sintra), polycarbonate, ABS, Coroplast. Wood & Eco Boards: Plywood, MDF, natural hardwood, bamboo, Falconboard. Metals & Composites: Aluminum composite panels (ACM/Dibond), anodized aluminum, stainless steel. Glass & Ceramics: Tempered glass, ceramic tiles, mirrors (requires pre-print primer). Promotional Items: Phone cases, USB drives, keychains, pens, awards, golf balls, leather goods.
File Formats: Vector formats preferred (.PDF, .AI, .EPS) or high-res raster (.PSD, .TIFF). Color Mode: CMYK mode. Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI at 100% scale for fine detail (150 DPI for large-format signage). Fonts: Convert all text to outlines/curves. Bleeds: Include 3 mm bleed on all sides for full-bleed panel cutting.
